Jane Hatton spoke about her unique approach to placing disabled candidates with employers through Evenbreak, her truly accessible job board. Jane shared her ethos that disabled candidates are premium, as they offer employers amazing project management skills, creative and innovative problem solving abilities, resilience and the tenacity to overcome barriers.
