The Trustees of Action Duchenne would like to express their gratitude for the continued support from the Duchenne community and extend an invite to attend our Annual General Meeting which will be held on
on Friday 8 November 2024 at 17.15-18:30 GMT, Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island,
Leicestershire, LE10 3JA

Only Action Duchenne members are able to vote on issues of key importance to the governing of Action Duchenne but the AGM is open to all.

What to expect at the AGM

The meeting will be hosted by our Board of Trustees and members of our staff team who will give an overview of our year.

Your opinion is important to us, and as we continue to carve the future for those living with Duchenne we need your input. You are welcome to join the AGM at the address above.

To confirm your attendance at the AGM, please email dawn@actionduchenne.org and we will confirm joining instructions and send you a proxy form and the annual report.

The proxy form should be returned by email to dawn@actionduchenne.org by 09:00 GMT on Wednesday 6 November 2024. Please submit any questions to be taken at the meeting via dawn@actionduchenne.org by 09:00 GMT on Wednesday 6 November 2024. Submitting your proxy form and/or questions in advance will not prevent you from attending, voting and asking questions at the meeting should you wish to do so.
