On Friday 10 November 2017, the first day of our new and extended international conference will be dedicated to new horizons in pre-clinical research in Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophy. This is the first time you will hear these innovative updates, which have been selected by experts for the patient community.
On Saturday the 11th of November, we are delighted to announce for the first time, a half-day workshop exclusively on Becker muscular dystrophy. This workshop has been planned in partnership with our sister organisations within United Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy; Little Steps Association for children with DMD/BMD, Israel and Duchenne Parent Project Spain.
This half day workshop will focus on clinical care for Becker, therapies in development and a discussion panel with industry and members of the Becker community. We are calling out to all our colleagues, friends and contacts living with Becker to come and join us in this year’s conference, there is so much we can learn from each other and we are sure you will make new connections and friends in the process!
We do hope all families and those living with Becker are able to join us and furthermore, adults can attend for free!
