2021 Annual General Meeting

The Trustees of Action Duchenne would like to express their gratitude for the continued support from the Duchenne community and extend an invite to attend our virtual 2021 Annual General Meeting at 18:00 GMT Tuesday 23 February.

What to expect at the AGM

The meeting will take place via Zoom and will be hosted by our Chair, Gary Fegan, along with the Board of Trustees and the team who will give an overview of our year.

The set of accounts for the year will be available at the meeting or emailed to you in advance should you request a proxy vote before the meeting.

The AGM is a good opportunity for you to hear from our trustees and management about how they govern and manage our charity, and also gives you the opportunity to ask questions before voting on business items in the agenda.

Action Duchenne is powered by the Duchenne community, with over 300 members supporting and informing our vital work. To ensure we gain input from as many members of the community as possible, please do join us by registering below.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please send the proxy form to angela@actionduchenne.org no later than 18:00 GMT Saturday 20 February 2021.
